I have a question re: storage for buttercream dream frosting. I understand that it does not need refrigeration. How long can it be kept at room temperature? I plan to make a batch this weekend. Thanks!

I'm not sure I can help you, I have let it sit out a few days at a time in between projects, but for any longer than that I freeze mine, freezes beautifully.
