icon_sad.gif Well dang it ALWAYS check notes before starting work. I forgot the cake was changed to 6"9"12"16 so the flowers are too lush to fit I will need to redo the top 2 sprays or at least remove part of the flowers. The bride was pleased when I sent a picture so that is good and The aunt will pick up Sat Morning so I have time. Get this she is also hauling her harp to Texas She is interesting to say the least.

I am not doing the cake The aunt is taking them to Texas

I fixed the problem a few wires snipped and a few flowers removed and it will work, The baker has agreed to place the flowers on the cake for her so I will send the extra ones so he can fill any holes

I wish I was doing the cake this just does not feel the same just doing part and someone else gets to reap the benifits.

Newbie problem: I can't see the pictures of your flowers. I see the *.jpg name, but no picture. Do I have to change settings to view the pictures? Thanks

I'm so glad the baker decided to put your flowers on the cake! He will be so delighted to see how beautiful they are!! You have outdone yourself!!

Those are gum paste? I want to learn gum paste so bad!!!! I did good at the fondant roses so I think I might be able to pick up the gumpaste fast. I just wish there were someone here who was teaching gumpaste!

Great flowers! Be proud of yourself!! The bride will love them~

Wow, they are gorgeous! I can understand you wanting to be part of the finished product when your flowers are really the main attraction! Quite honestly with flowers that beautiful, the baker could mess up the cake and who would notice? Pefect!
Interesting that she plays the harp and is transporting it! I love that instrument!
