One of my regular customers just ordered "something" for her 3rd grader's class for Mardis Gras. She doesn't care what....I'm stumped! Any ideas??

Cupcakes with the mardi gras colors (purple, green, and yellow), with sparkly sugar springled on top.

If you want to go fancy...you could make little masks out of chocolate.

When we did a Mardi Gras thing in elementary school we had a traditional King Cake, which is a cake in the shape of a ring with a small plastic baby hidden inside as a prize.
