Can someone tell me which Collette Peter's book has the directions for the fish cake? Also, if anyone has the book would you consider emailing the directions to me. I want to make a fish cake for my supervisor who is retiring next week. Just found out last night that next Tuesday is his last night. Thanks for any and all help.

I looked through my only Colette book, Cakes to Dream On and it only has the petit-fish cakes. I found this link on her website for a fish themed cake, is this it? It looks like it has directions for you if it is it.
