Okay - I think I've overthunk it! For the life of me can't come up with a single design idea for a wedding shower cake for this weekend. I'll provide the basics and ask you all to please help me unfreeze my brain! This should be so simple, they're not asking for much....just enuff cake to feed 50-60, shape of cake(s) - open, white with emerald green (would kelly green and a tinge of blue work?) accents, to say Congratulations Kendra and Chuck. That's it! All input accepted!

We had this discussion a few months ago, when someone was doing a Wizard of Oz cake. The consensus was as you mentioned, to use the kelly green with a touch of blue, and then to let the color develop overnight to see if it comes out right.

Why don't you use the shape of a wedding bell. Done up in white with Green frosting writing. Then for final touch add a matching green fondant bow at the top of the bell.
