I plan on making practice BCTs. Will I be able to make a couple with your recipe or should I double it?
It all depends on how big you make them. It really doesn't take that much icing to do a BCT. for most of mine that you see in my gallery, 1 batch covered the cake and did the BCT.
It was plenty. I was able to make two small transfers and ice a cake. First time making it so was unsure about quantity, just wanted to make sure I had enough. Thanks again.
