anyone know how to make that? could I combine 1/2 cornstarch 1/2 powdered sugar and some color, maybe??

I thought you just boght it ready made?

I know years ago before dusting powders were available, non-toxic chalk was ground into a fine powder and that was used. I wouldn't have a problem using that on things you wouldn't eat like gumpaste flowers.
