Um, slippery is good I know, but when I am rolling them out the parchment keeps slipping. I know there has to be a trick....

This happens to me too. I usually just hold the parchment down w/one hand and then roll the rolling pin with my other hand. I'm sure there's any easier way but this is how I've done it and works... I'm definitely interested in hearing about some other ways too

Found some silicone baking mats at Target for 1/2 off after valentine's...I roll between those, and NO MORE SLIPPING! YES!!!!

Everyone that I've asked about those silpat mats LOVES them!

By the way...I bet I'd have 6-pack abs if I made cookies everyday...Oh, maybe not...I guess you can't eat the cookies...Ha!

Does feel like a work out sometimes though!
