My mom and I are trying to make sugar cookies without sugar (stop laughing)
so splenda is too dry so we tried adding applesauce, kinda gummy.

Any thoughts?

Here is a link to recipe for cut out cookies that are totally sugar free.

I have not tried it. Let us know if it works. I have a husband who is a diabetic and finding cookies that are totally sugar free is very hard. Just a side note Splenda contains sugar alcohols which the body still processes like sugar.

Someone from here was experimenting with the NFSC recipe. I forget who-you might wanta try a search. They were adding 1/4 cup more splenda than the recipe called for sugar and a packet of sugar free vanilla pudding. I have been wanting to try this for a long time now-both of my parents are diabetic. If you get to it before me let me know how it goes.
