Hi, I just tracked down the rolled buttercream recipie. I was wondering if I could use butter instead of the shortening. I'm new at decorating but am kind of a health freak icon_redface.gif and don't like to eat shortening or margarine. Any thoughts?

the thing about using butter is tho it tastes way better than shortening...it melts faster and easier than shortening.
