what kind of cookies do you make between holidays? Like now, between New Years and Valentines day. I was going to make some cookie bouquets for Valentines day, but they will not last another month if I make them now.

Why not go ahead and bake your cookies now and freeze? I make 1 or 2 bouquets to advertise. My mom works at a bank and they let me put one up there. Or you could make balloon cookies in a bouquet--that's good for birthday or get well occasions. HTH--Pam

I just made fruit shapes for an order - apples, pears, grapes, pineapples and orange slices. I kind of enjoy the time between holidays because it gives me a chance to use all of those oddball cutters that don't fall into any particular season!
