My first thought is pretty simple...

I divide my 11x15 pan into 2 1/4 inch square pieces and that will give me 35 servings and a nice size piece of cake.

So, what about an 11x15 with different colors of MMF cut into shapes and sprinkled around the outer edges like confetti and your writing in the center?

I will keep thinking...

I think a stacked cake using a rectange, square, and mini ball would be really cute. I would use bright primary colors.

You could also do a half sheet cake and cut out shapes in fondant for decoration. It sounds like a really neat cake to do. I hope you will post pictures! icon_smile.gif
