Hello all, some of you have posted asking for the ecipe and I have attached the link
http://www.cakemixdoctor.com/recipe/pagemaker.cgi?1015603644.txt

I had a piece of this cake at work yesterday and it is soooo good birthday.gificon_biggrin.gif It is more of an adult cake but there were 2 young children there who both ate big pieces.

It is simple to make and very yummy, give it a try.
P.S. if you look in the jam isle of your grocery store is where you can find the lemon curd or here at Safeway in Canada it is called lemon spread and is made by ED Smith, it is not lemon pie filling but they say that you can you that if you can't find the lemon curd

Hey!

I've been so busy with other flavor cakes that I passed right past that one in the book. My dad loves anything with lemon in it. I will have to make him that one on Father's Day. He loves lemon so much that I usually get him a lemon pie every year for Christmas. One year I made one.. it turned out great! I'm usually not good at making pies. I do make a yummy pecan, pumpkin & buttermilk pie.

Thanks for sharing that!!
