I remember seeing a board that when you roll out cookie dough it rolls it to the precise thickness you want. Now I cant remember the website where I saw it. can anyone help with the name of the web site. Thanks

Thank you so much. I just ordered one for my birthday from my mother lol I have been wanting one and am starting to get more cookie orders so I figured that would be a good gift for her to get me.

I have the dobord and I love it. I don't see how I could make cut out cookies without it! It is worth every penny. thumbs_up.gif

Can I ask you what size the board surface is? How easy is it to use?

It is 15.5 inches square. I roll out my cookie dough inbetween parchment paper and then chill, and the dobord hardly gets dirty at all. Just a little wipe down afterwards and that is it. It is very easy to use, just adjust it to the thickness you want (I prefer 1/4") and I leave it at that adjustment all the time. I got one for my mother-in-law for an early christmas gift and she used hers for the first time yesterday. She loves it as well!
