I have a customer requesting a cake with an opera cream filling for a double chocolate chip cake. Does anyone have an easy opera cream recipe, any help would be great.

Mmmmm, I'm not familiar with opera cream filling.

Did find opera cake and opera torte recipes:

(large quantity recipe)

Might need to clarify with customer, what an opera cream filling is (to him/her).

I think they are looking for something like the filling in opera cream eggs that you can get during Easter.
