Does anybody know where I can buy VAARK thru the internet ?
It looks like Silver sequins, but edible.. it is made in India.

It's also called varak, varaq and vark. If you've ever seen the super thin sheets of edible gold and silver leaf...that's it. You can find the edible silver and gold leaf at a lot of cake deco shops but I looked and didn't see any in sequin form.

I saw it used in the holiday cake challenge on food network. The cake it went on was really stunning too!
