Actually it's more of an angle food pan. I made a cake earlier in it, which turned out great but trying to get it out was a challenge and it ended up cracking icon_sad.gif is there an easy way to remove a cake from the tube??

I always use Bakers Joy and spray the tube really well. I've never had a problem with the cake releasing. It's hard to hand grease bundt and angelfood cake pans!

It's kind of a pain, but if it's the flat-bottom type, I try to cut a piece of parchment that fits the "O" on the bottom. I just trace a piece with a wax pencil, and cut it to fit.

After loosening the sides with a butter knife, it slides right out!
