Can someone please point me in the right direction for a tutorial on how to construct a topsy turvy cake like this? I can't find instructions anywhere. Thank you.

I have an article from one of Colette Peter's books that I can send to you via e-mail; it shows exactly those types of cakes. Would you like me to e-mail it to you?

Under Articles, there is an instruction guide. However it doesn't have the tiers in the air. But I would think the basics are the same.

No, you can't send attachments through that. And it doesn't list your e-mail address.

The cakes are level, but there is a wedge between each layer. Just use a styrofoam dummy and cut it at an angle. Then put that between the layers. Dowel it really well.

I've tried this once on a 4th of July cake (in my pics) but it only had two layers with one wedge between, but the method is the same.

Good luck.
