Hi - I'm looking for some chocolate fondant. Do you know where I might be able to buy some? I've tried Michael's in Newmarket, but no luck. I heard about a baking shop in Richmond Hill or Markham, but I don't know the name of the store!
If anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.

You can buy chocolate fondant at www.sugarcraft.com. Also look up chocolate pettinice. Cakes by Sam has this also.

I order mine too. I use the Satin Ice chocolate fondant. It's delish! You can also make chocolate rolled buttercream and mix it with plain fondant if you don't have time to order.

If yo don't have time to order you can also make a bacth of chocolate plastic. Its veryvery easy and really good. Just have to let it sit overnight to harden up ,and add some coaco powder to help stiffen it a little more if need be.

If you ecide to do this: I used a semi-sweet chocolate ,and let it sit out for 2 days and it was extremely easy to work with. You can't use it right away because its to hot ,and make sure not to take to much fat out. If you do it'll crack and won't be easy to work with ,but you can fix it by adding some shortening.

Thanks so much for all your responses.
I found out from a friend about Creative Cutters in Richmond Hill.
That's another place. They were very friendly and helpful!
