Does anyone know any good vanilla icing receipes. I'm not a big fan of the wilton buttercream icing receipe becuae of all teh shortening. Can anyone help ? icon_sad.gif

you don't need to ad shortening, it can be all butter.

the difference between using butter or shortening is that butter can melt fast on high temperatures... thought you should know icon_smile.gif
