Cake Mix Extenders??

Have been wanting to ask, but don't want to sound silly, but what are cake mix extenders, I mean I know generally what it would be, but is it something that you buy or do you just add ingredients yourself? I guess I shoudn't worry about looking stupid, we all have to start somewhere. icon_lol.gif

The are ingredients that you add to a cake mix to have a little more batter. I always use them when I make cakes. I use the one on this website, look for it in recipes. I also think it makes the cake a lot more moist. If you have any other questions, let me know. Keli
