According to the recipe posted, you would use 16 oz of marshmallow, 2# of powdered sugar and a small amount of water...so, that would give you approximately 3# or 48 oz of fondant!

This is why I love MMF, 4 pounds in "real " fondant would cost about $16 in my area. And it tastes better, handles easier and repairs beautifully. I just started making it last week, but I'm already planning all the fun stuff I was afraid to do with real fondant.
