Hi, I need help... I´m at my Mom´s and she only has some Bleached Enriched Self-Rising Flour and I need to make NFSC, I´ve always used regular All-Purpose flour for my cookies, so my questions is if this flour can be used for NFSC, is it the same as All Purpose? I´m sorry if this question is kind of dumb but I´m freaking out here, I don´t want to go out right now, it is 9:21 pm! icon_cry.gif
Thanks!

You'll be fine - just cut way back on (or eliminate altogether) the baking powder. icon_smile.gif

Thanks everybody, I really appreciate it! So if it calls for 3 tsp of baking powder I put NONE at all?
And just wondering if anybody knows... what is the difference between bleached and unbleached flour? Thanks again for everything!

Guessing it's a process in which the flour is whitened.
