I need some help here from all you experts out there.
I am making a cake for a baby shower. It is going to be a MMF, but I am a little confuse about the filling. I can't use cream since I cannot refrigerate the cake. Any good filling recipe that won't require to be refrigerate??

ok, mainly I'm just bumping this one up, but I should think anything that you would normally use that needs no refridgeration should be fine with MMF.
