My first class was lastnight, and I loved it! My WMI made it so fun. I have taken course I and II already. I really like the fondant. Ofcourse I like to play with my food! icon_redface.gif My 13 year old has taken all the classes with me and she liked it too. Can't wait until next Thursday.

I started the class this past Monday. It's great. I have taken all 3 of the previous Wilton courses and loved every one. I learn something new each and every class. This first class was a review of some of the things we did in previous classes and then the instructor showed us how to cover the base with fondant. This next class we will dive right into new techniques, etc. I really am having a blast and I hope everyone enjoys it as well. Our instuctor is really wonderful so that is a big part of it as well.

Thumbs up to Wilton and new classes thumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gif

Have a great day!

My first class was supposed to have been this past Weds night but the store is being remodeled and the poor instructor was calling everyone to let them know that it will start next Weds. I have also taken all 3 of the Wilton courses and am excited about this class as well even though I've been doing some fondant work. I just enjoy the learning aspect of it all!!!

I would like to also applaud TexasSugar for always listing items needed and taking the time to answer questions regarding classes!! thumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gif

edit: I just became an "addict"!!! icon_lol.gif
