In their cakes? Scratch or Mix? Im going to try Toba Garret's Chocolate Cake recipe and I want to use powdered buttermilk. Do y'all think this will work okay?
i use it all the time. it dissolves better in warm water so plan ahead, my recp. calls for hot coffee so i use boiling water to dissolve it
I use it too..but the container says to just add the required amount of powder to your dry ingredients and add the required amount of water to your liquids..so that's how I've been doing it!
