Hi, all ~

How long does mmf keep? I did a cake this weekend and have alot of fondant left. How long does it keep and how should I store it?

Thanks!

I would think anywhere from 2 weeks to a month (not sure though) depending on how you store it.. remember with MMF, if it gets a bit hard, you can pop it in the microwave for a few seconds, and it'll usually soften right up icon_smile.gif

Hi,

I came across a post yesterday on CC that said that MMF can be frozen a about three months in freezer. Once thawed is good to work with.

I keep mine in the fridge for at least a few weeks...I know it doesn't have to be refrigerated but it's just a mental thing with me!

I found the post!

Under Forum-General- try the second page(2) the topic is called: Something I found out regarding MMF. Hope this helps.
