I just read today's paper (I'm in Memphis TN) and there was an add for
the taping of The Food Network Challenge : Rock and Roll Pastry..
They are taping all day Tuesday at the Peabody Hotel here. A friend and I are going to go and watch. I can hardly wait...

Oh, you're going to LOVE watching this in person. I was lucky enough to attend all 4 Challenge tapings they had here in AZ back in July and it was awesome! They lasted about 6-7 hours each and had giant screen tv's set up so we could see close up. It was fun to be "behind the scenes" in the audience too. Not only did I get to see the decorators in action, the stunning cakes and sculputures but the filming and how it's all done was a lot of fun to be a part of too. Be sure to smile a lot. They get cameras right in your face.

I will be sure and take my camera. I love the Challenge shows on Food Network, especially the
pastry chefs. They are all so talented. I have only been decorating for about 6 months, but I absolutely love it.

I will...I just need to figure out how I can download photos on here...My scanner is broken. I may try and get some of my photos put on disk, maybe that would work....
