Why do you want to take the cupcakes out of the liners?

Most of us leave them in... That is the whole purpose of putting a liner in the cupcake tin before baking...

well, i would hope that you take them out of the liners when you eat them. which is what i'm asking. when you take them out of the liners the bottom edge kind of ( for lack of better description) "sticks" to the paper and pulls the cup cake apart. how do i stop the cup cake from sticking and falling apart shy of eating the paper too. lol

Some recipes are very delicate and do fall apart like that...

Some recipes only do it when the cupcake is very warm...

Does it happen with all your recipes or just one in particular?

Hi, I'm thinking it must be the type of cupcake liner that you are using.  I personally use greaseproof liners.  The cupcakes come out flawless everytime.  I buy my liners online at Bake it Pretty.  Website is Bakeitpretty.com.  They have a great variety of liners also.  Hope this helps.

Is your recipe low-fat or no fat?

thanks i will look into the liners and no its not low fat. the bottom of the cupcake/liner seems almost soft or wet like the moisture sinks.in baking its the bottom end of the cupcake thats the problem

I also just switched from a dark 12 cupcake pan to a 24 light metal cupcake pan....any ideas. would this affect it
