AI'm baking a cake today (chocolate cake) and I'm to deliver it tomorrow, how do I preserve it till tomorrow?

AWrap in cling film after it's cool and a layer of aluminum foil and then in the fridge. You could even leave it outside for a day.

Aif it's covered in fondant, I would keep it in the fridge without wrapping it. if it's covered in buttercream, I would cover it with a cake dome and keep it in the fridge.

AAnd I never,ever put a cake in the fridge. Fastest way to dry cake. But I never use perishable fillings either.
