Hello..Can anyone please tell me if I can turn my cheesecake recipe into two smaller cheesecake's? And if so what pan sizes should I use?  Thanks for any advice!!!

sure -- for example if your recipe makes a 9 inch cheesecake then i'd bake two smaller ones in either 2 two 7" pans or two 6" pans -- maybe make a cc cupcake or two if necessary depending on your yield -- pop any leftover in a ramekin or muffin pan --
