I've been searching everywhere for a good green tea cake that's stiff enough to hold up under fondant.  I've got a green tea sponge cake recipe that's tasty, but I think layering it 2 cakes deep and putting fondant on it would utterly destroy it!  I've tried the "All Recipes" one that pops up first on Google, but was not a big fan.  Does anyone have a green tea cake recipe they've used and can recommend?

Thanks for any help!
