Is there a tutorial out there on how to construct the  internal support structure for a self balancing wine bottle cake?  anyone has any ideas how to do it?  Here is the cake;

"Yes, This is actually all cake, held in place by nothing more than air, a bit of maths and a whole lot of physics.

An unique and unusual cake perfect for your next big birthday or even as a Wedding Cake

The label is handpainted and can be customised to suit your occasion"    From their website

I didn't ask them.  it is a business place so I don't think they would share.  I would ask if they were members from cakecental.   so anyone else has any ideas /suggestions about how this bottle is floating in the air?!!icon_biggrin.gif

Sounds about right for PC classes. I took a madhatter class in San Francisco with a PC instructor for about $900. Worth every penny.

It is a really cool cake and if you sold a few you would make your money back....just not in my budget at this point.

Try this ladies, same concept, different theme.  Handi (the guy in the video) used to work for Planet Cake teaching how to do the wine bottle cake, so I'm thinking it'll be pretty similar structure.

There are some brilliant tutorials on that site, it's worth a membership IMHO.

you're welcome :)  I don't know why that school doesn't have more popularity, except maybe because it's Australian?  But anyway, glad you will get some use out of it :)  Handi (the guy doing the tutorial) is such a laugh, it's really fun to watch him.
