To "can" any food in KY you need to have a Micro-processor permit in addition to a commercial kitchen.  Layers and layers of red tape, paperwork and expense.

(502) 778-8082

227 S 30th St, Louisville, KY 40212

Speedy lunch has a number of food trucks working out of their rental kitchens.

The third rental kitchen that I know about isn't open yet.

AOh and I will say this about Louisville/Jefferson county...being "legal" isn't as easy as just renting space in a rental kitchen...you have to get your serve safe certification or pass the food handlers certifications (you can find the info on the health departments site about fees and where/when to take the test) and once you do that, the health department has to Come out to the rental space and clear/pass you.

Seriously, Jefferson county is ridiculous, if we put the health department in charge of solving crime, our crime rate would drop dramatically.

With the Ohio CFL, you are only allowed to sell baked goods, etc in the state of Ohio. You are not allowed to cross state lines with the product. Your Kentucky clients then would have to travel to Ohio to pick up their properly labeled items.  It would also limit your wedding cake production/delivery to only Ohio as well. - hope this helps
