Cream cheese cake
Serves/Yields: 25-30 (10-inch bundt)
Prep. Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes

This recipe was requested through a comment made on one of my cake photos here in this site. It is easy to deal with and delicious.
2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs (separated)
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
Beat together butter and sugar. Add the egg yolks one at a time allowing them to mix well. Add the vanilla and then the flour alternating with the cheese. Start with flour and end with flour.

Separately, beat the egg whites until they are stiff. Add them to the previous mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

To decorate use the "cream cheese crusting icing" (also posted)
