| This is similar to the frosting on Olive Garden's lemon cake, it is AWESOME!! | |

| 1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
2 cups powdered sugar 3 T fresh lemon juice 1 cup heavy cream | |

| Whip Heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In separate bowl whip cream cheese until fluffy, and slowly add powdered sugar. Mix until well incorporated, and add lemon juice.
Carefully fold in whipped cream, and enjoy! This is also good with orange juice instead of lemon, and sometimes I add a box of vanilla pudding and 1/2 tsp lemon extract to the whipped cream, MMMmmmm!!!! | |
