| An easy way to get the taste of Texas Sheet Cake, in a cupcake. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting! | |

| 1 box Devils food cake mix.(DH)
3 eggs 1/2c. oil 1/2t. cinnamon 1t. vanilla 1-1/2c. sour cream 1/4c. cold coffee | |

| Add cinnamon to dry cake mix. Add eggs, oil, vanilla, coffee.
Beat for about 30sec. just till combined. Add sour cream, beat for 2 min. on med. speed. Bake at 350* 18-21min. | |
