3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup flour 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup chopped apples 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon | |

| Beat eggs, sugar & vanilla. Sperately mix flour, baking powder, nuts, apples, salt and cinnamon then stir into egg mixture. Spred into a greased and floured 8" cake round and Bake at 350 for 30 mins. | |
