| 1 Box of Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
2/3 cup Southern Pecan Coffee Creamer-Liquid 2/3 cup Water 1/3 Cup Vegetable oil 3 Eggs Mix as directed on back of cake mix package. Then fold in the following ingredients: 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans 3/4 Cup Raisins Then stand back and watch the cake disappear. | |

| Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour cake batter into a prepared 9x13 sheet cake pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until done. Let cool in baking pan for 10 minutes and then turn onto a cooling rack to cool.
Top with a Coconut Pecan Frosting or a Caramel Frosting, when cake is completely cooled. Then stand back and watch the cake disappear. | |
