My husband loves white chocolate chip cookies and dried cranberries. So I combined them in this delicious cookie. Enjoy it!
1 c softened, unsalted butter
1 1/4 c brown sugar
1/3 c granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 c flour
1 package white chocolate chips
1 c dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream together the butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and extracts. Stir in cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and flour until mixed well. Add in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Drop by tablespoonful and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on pan for 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
