Egg less cake
Serves/Yields: One 8" Round Cake
Prep. Time: 30 mins.
Cook Time: 30 to 45 mins.

If anybody don’t like or don’t want to eat an eggs then try this recipe.
It’s simple and tests well.
1 can condense milk
2 ¾ cup all purpose flour
1-teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
4 oz. Melted butter
1 teaspoon any fruit extract or vanilla extract
½ cup milk
½ cup soda water
Preheat oven to 325. Grease an 8” round baking pan.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
In large bowl get condense milk, melted butter, extract and beat it well till smooth.
Then add milk and soda water and mix it well.
Add dry ingredients (which we have sifted before) spoon-by-spoon into the mixture and beat till smooth consistency.
Now pour mixture into greased cake pan and keep it into the preheat oven for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes turn your oven on 200 and bake it till done. (It will take about 20 to 30 minutes)
You can keep this cake into refrigerate for one week.
