My FIRST wedding cake! Felt extremely brave taking on fondant for my first wedding cake! I almost gave myself an ulcer, but it turned out okay. The cake itself was very boring, I thought, but the bride wanted it very simple. The simple fondant cake really displayed the flowers though!

if you haven't worked with fondant before, practice covering some large (14" or more) rounds for a while before the actual wedding date. I found the large round to be the trickiest
