My first attempt in using fondant. My daughter, Lisa wanted a pale green bunny without using coconut. Used a 10 in round pan for the body. Laid cut edges down after adding a strawberry cream cheese filling in btwn the swiss chocolate cake. After using buttercream icing, added white chocolate shavings all over the body. Lisa totally loved it. Of course, she decided to help me with the fondant. Her artistic ability shows up in the eyes. lol. I did use marshmallows for the feet and tail and just piped over them. Colorful silk flowers also added with a touch of greenery.
