Balloon envelope and basket made out of RKT. Cake is milk chocolate with chocolate macadamia nut buttercream. Dowels are too tall, next time I attempt this either the dowels will be shorter, or I'll use pvc pipe AND the envelope will not be RKT (too heavy)
