The bride opted for an easy design, which I was very thankful for since this was only my second wedding cake and they're still a little scary! The flowers were handmade from fondant and painted with pearl and petal dusts.
Chocolate ganache! I have a book "Planet Cake" which is by a bakery in Australia and it shows how to ganache a cake where you can just put a 1/8th thin layer of fondant.
