5, 7 & 9in round cakes decorated with fondant. Dragon is a mixture of marzipan & sugar dough & the Viking is gumpaste. The dragon is supposed to represent the bride and I was asked to make her look similar to the dragon from Shrek (minus the spiky face things). Now I just have to pray that this survives the journey tomorrow in one piece!
