This is almost an exact copy of a beautiful cake I saw in the galleries and I CANNOT find the pic to give credit, so I apologize for that. This is chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate fondant. Made for a co-workers birthday - everyone at the office loved it (you know how people are about chocolate!).
