Thanks for the compliments. I'm flattered. It is iced with chocolate buttercream. To make that ruffle, I used the icing tip with the narrow part pointing outwards and made the first ruffle around the edge, and then the other ruffle a bit insitde and on top fo the first one. And I finsihe it off with a blob in the centre with the gumpaste flower. I hope I am clear. This is the first time I am explaining something, usually it is the other way around. Thanks,
Absolutely love them! It looks so different from the regular swirl, more modern. And I just want to dip my finger in that really dark icing. Mmmmm. I wish we had a drroling smilie.
