this cake has been made for my eldest daughter who will be 16, she asked for a tilted cake and she also chose the colours, the bottom cake is vanilla sponge with chocolate chips in it, the next layer is vanilla with vanilla butter cream and jam in it, the 3rd one is coffee and walnut cake and the top cake is lemon with lemon curd and lemon butter cream filling,
it is my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake and i am quite pleased with the end result,
