I thought i would share this pic.. here in NZ we dont celebrate 4th July as you all do but we had a Rock n Roll birthday hop last night (4 july) and the theme was stars n stripes and i had the honour of making the cake.. the cake is a copy of the big banners they had made and hanging up etc... it was loved by all. It is 2x 12" square cakes side by side then cut to shape... little bummed as not quite as round i was would have like at the base... is choc cake with white choc buttercream filling. covered in fondant was fun to do.. so with that Happy 4th July to you all
